Who I Am

Hi, I’m Diego. I’m a Spanish teacher based in Buenos Aires with more than 10 years of experience working directly with students from around the world. I’ve lived in different parts of South America and traveled through Europe and North America, experiences that shaped the way I teach: focused on real-life communication, cultural understanding, and building confidence in every student.

Alongside my independent work, I’ve also taught Spanish through platforms such as Babbel Live, Lingoda, and CLL Language Centres in Belgium, and I currently collaborate with Spanish and Go, creating learning content that reaches thousands of learners worldwide.

  • I studied Editing at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and specialized in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language at ELE Internacional. Over the years, I’ve worked with professionals from industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive, finance, and energy, as well as university students preparing for Erasmus or exchange programs in South America. This combination of academic training and real-world teaching allows me to create lessons that are clear, structured, and practical.

    • Private Lessons → one-on-one, personalized, and tailored to your goals, schedule, and learning style.

    • Closed Group Lessons → small private groups for friends, colleagues, or families who want to learn Spanish together.

    • Conversation Club → a friendly space to practice Spanish in real contexts and connect with other learners.

    • Medical Spanish Course → designed for healthcare workers who want to communicate better with Spanish-speaking patients.

  • Before focusing fully on online teaching, I also worked in educational and social projects in Argentina:

    • At Fundación Equidad, I designed syllabi, coordinated teachers, and developed training materials for technology and education programs.

    • With Creando Tu Futuro, a project supported by Citi Foundation and Global Fairness Initiative, I worked in training programs for young people entering the job market and collaborated with universities and government institutions.

These experiences gave me a strong foundation in curriculum design, educational methodology, and working with diverse groups of learners—from professionals to young students in social programs.
