Students may choose either option when booking, subject to calendar availability.
Private lessons are personalized according to the student’s level, goals, interests, learning process, and availability.
3. Conversation Club
The dSpanish Conversation Club is a flexible Spanish conversation program.
Students may book any available Conversation Club session on the calendar, subject to availability. Each session has a maximum of 6 students.
The Conversation Club does not operate with a fixed group. Students may attend different sessions depending on their availability, the calendar, and the reservations made by other students. For this reason, the group composition, number of participants, and topics may vary from session to session.
If a Conversation Club session is cancelled by dSpanish, the session will not be counted as used, and the student may book another available session.
4. Medical Spanish programs

Students are responsible for following the professional, ethical, and legal standards that apply to their own healthcare practice, workplace, or institution.

Lesson packages may be transferred to another student with prior agreement from dSpanish.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
Students may cancel or reschedule a private lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Students may cancel or reschedule a Conversation Club session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged or deducted from the student’s package.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of illness, emergency, or unexpected situations. In those cases, students should contact dSpanish by email as soon as possible.
8. Refunds
If a student decides not to continue after starting a package, program, or Conversation Club access, they may request a refund for the unused lessons or sessions.
Lessons or sessions already taken are non-refundable.
Any refund request must be made by email.
Third-party payment fees, currency conversion charges, bank fees, or transaction costs may be deducted from the refunded amount when applicable.
9. Technical issues and third-party services
dSpanish uses third-party services such as Zoom, Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Google tools, payment providers, and other platforms to provide lessons, scheduling, communication, and payments.
dSpanish will make reasonable efforts to solve technical issues or reschedule when appropriate, but cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
If a lesson or session cannot take place due to a technical issue on dSpanish’s side, the lesson or session will be rescheduled or credited to the student.
10. Student responsibility
Students are responsible for attending lessons or sessions on time, checking their booking confirmations and Zoom links, having a stable internet connection when possible, and communicating any issues as soon as reasonably possible.
Students are also responsible for managing their own schedule and using their lessons or sessions within the validity period of their package.
11. Learning results
dSpanish is committed to providing high-quality, personalized Spanish lessons, learning materials, and educational support.
However, specific learning results cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends on many factors, including the student’s starting level, consistency, practice, attendance, exposure to Spanish, and personal learning process.
12. External books, platforms, and learning resources
Some courses may use external books, digital platforms, videos, audio materials, or third-party resources.
These materials are optional unless clearly stated otherwise.
dSpanish may use these resources during lessons even if the student does not purchase direct access. However, students who want full personal access to a book, digital campus, platform, or additional materials may need to purchase them separately.
13. Educational materials and intellectual property
Materials created by dSpanish, including lesson notes, exercises, PDFs, class pages, audio materials, whiteboard notes, and other educational resources, are for the student’s personal educational use only.
They may not be copied, shared, sold, published, or redistributed without permission.
